Reynsen Shigemoto, DVM, MS, DACVR

Dr. Reynsen Shigemoto received his veterinary degree from Colorado State University in 2007. After graduating, Dr. Shigemoto completed an internship with VCA West Los Angeles Animal Hospital. His next two years were spent as the medical director at Animal Imaging Center in Los Angeles. Dr. Shigemoto went on to a radiology residency at the University of Florida, which he completed in 2013, and subsequently became board certified in Radiology with the American College of Veterinary Radiology.
Dr. Shigemoto has always had veterinary medicine in his heart. He decided on his career path in high school, chose radiology as his specialty before he entered vet school and worked as a veterinary technician during college.
In his spare time, Dr. Shigemoto enjoys dining out, going to the beach, weight-lifting, snowboarding, and relaxing at home.
