Patricia Paravicini, DVM (practice limited to emergency and critical care)
ACCESS – SAN FERNANDO
Dr. Patricia Paravicini is a Los Angeles native and attended Cal Poly Pomona where she received a Bachelors of Science in Animal Science in 2002.
She has been with ACCESS in different positions throughout the years, following her graduation; she worked as a veterinary technician for six years at ACCIM in Tustin and then transferred to the sister practice in Culver City (which later became ACCESS).
Dr. Patty attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in the Caribbean, where she earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2012. She then moved to the cold, but welcoming, Midwest and completed a small animal rotating internship at IndyVet in May 2014. She returned to her roots in Los Angeles and completed a three-year critical care residency at ACCESS.
Now in our Emergency and Critical Care Department at ACCESS – San Fernando Valley, Dr. Patty is glad to be in California where she enjoys the outdoors and hanging out with her family and friends.
Her passion for veterinary medicine and pet owner education landed her a guest speaking spot on KTLA in April 2018, where she was able to share tips on how to keep pets safe.
She enjoys spending time with her cats, clean eating, and 5K races.
