Ji Lee, DVM
ACCESS – LOS ANGELES
Dr. Ji Lee was born in South Korea and raised in Los Angeles. She loves her hometown and has battled LA traffic through college and veterinary school.
She received her Bachelor of Science at UCLA, with focus on biochemistry and neuroscience. During her senior year of college, one of her dogs required emergency surgery and was brought to ACCESS- she vividly remembers feeling scared and helpless as a pet parent.
She spent several years working at a general practice and urgent care prior to attending Western University College of Veterinary Medicine. Upon graduation, she completed a rotating internship in medicine and surgery at VCA West Los Angeles. During her internship, she fell in love with Emergency Medicine.
Dr. Lee resides in Los Angeles with her family and a senior Min Pin. She hopes to add a Pug to the family in the near future. Outside of work, she enjoys weight lifting and watching movies.
