Jeanette Hendricks, DVM, DACVECC

Dr. Jeanette Hendricks is a native of the Southern California region where she completed both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree with an emphasis in Conservation Biology and Ecology.
While completing both degrees she also worked in several positions as a receptionist, veterinary assistant and manager at a veterinary general practice.
Jeanette ultimately decided to pursue her passion for medicine and completed her veterinary degree from the University of California, Davis in 2015. Following graduation, she completed her Rotating Internship at the University of Pennsylvania.
During her internship, her interest in Emergency and Critical Care Medicine continued to develop, which ultimately led her to join ACCESS for her Emergency and Critical Care Residency. Dr. Hendricks became a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care in 2019.
Her interests include coagulation and electrolyte abnormalities and she takes a special interest in intensive, complicated cases.
Jeanette has two large breed rescue dogs, Sapporo and Asahi. She also lives with her cat, Jimi, and her rescued ball python, Dean Cain. She is passionate about travel and the outdoors and loves to hike around California.
