Congratulations to Kaeley Carrillo, a Veterinary Receptionist at VCA VSV, who is the winner of our fabulous door prize: One night at the amazing Beach House Boutique Hotel at Hermosa Beach, plus a $100 gift voucher for your own use. Have fun Kaeley!

To the many others who attended our sessions, thank you so much for taking the time to do so, and we trust you left with information that will help make your life, job and our amazing industry, a little better.

An encore session…

On Tuesday, June 3rd, and Monday June 9th, we provided the event as detailed below. Now, due to a number of requests, and an unfortunate confusion as to the location of the last event, we are delighted to provide another session on Monday, July 14th, 2014, for those who were unable to previously attend. Please see details below…

The Event

Assisting a pet owner with a severely injured pet, or its death, can be extremely difficult and painful for Veterinary Receptionists who often have to deal with such matters on a daily basis.

To help you through such trying circumstances and to make sure that you don’t fall victim to ‘Compassion Fatigue’, ACCESS Specialty Hospital Group is pleased to offer the first of its kind lecture on the subject specifically developed for Veterinary Receptionists.

Benefits of this lecture include:
– Help ease your stress at work and home.
– Improve your relationship with clients.
– Be a better employee for your practice, clinic, or hospital.
– Add to your experience and qualifications.
– Network with your peers.
